Bar & Restaurant Assistant Manager

Our client is a very busy bar and restaurant venue based in Bishops Stortford and they are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to�play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the�establishment.�The shifts are between 7.30am-3pm and 3pm-11pm so the finishes will not be too late.

Duties:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment

- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
