In addition, the Bar Manager is accountable for the day to day operations of the bar including team, cost controls, training, budgeting, administration and active floor management during service.You are passionate and articulate about food and beverageManage the overall bar and beverage offerfor the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishing and non-alcoholic beveragesCreate and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possibleLead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping in mind costing.Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and client.Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service and shifts, acting as a ambassador for the brand.Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivityAdditional duties as assigned or requiredPassionate about food and drinkYou value positivity, honesty and respectYou aim to leave lasting, positive impressions on every guest through intelligent, enthusiastic and emotional service.You have 2-3 years in Bar Management / Supervisory positionHave a strong wine and beverage backgroundSearcys, Britain’s oldest catering and restaurant brand, was established in 1847.
