My client is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Bar manager who is looking for a new opportunity within the industry! You will be given all the tools and opportunities to lead your team while not losing touch with customer service and offering career advancement.

The Role:

-        Lead and motivate a team of employees to give great experience to customers

-        Manage team appropriately and communicate expectations

-        Take charge of any customer interactions when needed

-        Create a positive environment for both customer and employee combined

-        Ensure deadlines are being met and KPI’s achieved regarding budgets and projects

Ideal Candidate:

-        Previous experience in a managerial position, ideally within hospitality

-        Proven Leadership skills and able to motivate a team

-        Time management and prioritization skills

-        Personable and friendly with customers

-        Comfortable with administrative tasks
