Home to hundreds of performances, events and exhibitions each year, and incorporating some of London’s best known seasonal outdoor bars, we manage a total of 14 different retail outlets on site, from speciality coffee shops to rooftop cocktail bars and late night live music spaces as well as a successful and growing events business. As part of an exciting investment project we are about to open a fantastic new riverside bar and pizza venue, connecting the outdoor spaces of the Southbank with the concert goers of Royal Festival Hall, serving great beer & wine, excellent coffee and fantastic pizza made from scratch every dayKey responsibilitiesrecruit, train and manage a large team of bar staff, baristas, floor staff and chefs, building a great team culture and a consistent, reliable operation capable of adapting to an ever changing schedule of events, concerts and seasonal activityeffectively manage beverage stock and labour to ensure we maximise our sales potential while also converting sales to profitbe the face of Company of Cooks at Southbank Centre, representing us to the thousands of visitors walking through the doors each week, and upholding our values and those of the Southbank CentreWhat's in it for you?Working with Company of Cooks has its perks!
