Bar Manager –– Liverpool – Funky Independent Bar
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Liverpool
The Opportunity:
A small independent group with an already incredible reputation in the hospitality space are looking for a Bar Manager to head up their venue in Liverpool, the other two sites are in Newcastle and Scotland, stable working environment. This will be a full 360 role where you'll be managing a sizable team and high-volume sales in a premium casual setting, a ‘shoulders down' and an informative service with guest experience at its core.

The Ideal Bar Manager:
Oversee the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering.
Have a genuine flair and passion for delivering excellent service with a strong bar presence.
Experience working with quality products with good understanding of creating drinks menus.
Possess an open, engaging, and humble personality, whilst able to remain calm under pressure.
Have a background in training and developing the skills and knowledge of a Bar Team.
2 years' minimum experience within similar Bar Management role.
Good knowledge of financials, health and safety, and stock management.
