The Role
Gonville & Caius College is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its friendly Front of House team in the role of
Bar &
Café Manager.
They will ensure the smooth and consistent running of the Bar and Café operations of the college, and responsibly managing our student ran Bar and any other persons serving in the college Bars or Café in accordance to licensing laws.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing innovative ideas and income streams via product offering to suit diverse types of clienteles as well as organising different bars for events when required across the College estate.
This is
permanent, full-time role
(1.0 FTE). The hours of work are
40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (including day, evening and weekend shifts).
The annual salary for this role is
£27,600 .
The College
Gonville & Caius College is one of the largest colleges in the University of Cambridge.It is an educational charity, and its mission is to provide a place of education, religion, learning and research, in conjunction with a University that is recognised internationally as being of the highest standard.
