Banking Solicitor

Our client are a leading law firm who are seeking a junior banking solicitor with c. 1-3PQE to join their busy team in Aberdeen.The team act on a range of banking and finance matters including acquisition finance, corporate lending, corporate real estate lending, funds financing, TMT finance inc. fintech, digital assets and derivatives for a range of UK and international banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, corporates and tech start ups.The successful candidate will likely have 0-3 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance matters, however the team are also open to considering applicants with transferrable experience from another transactional area of law ie corporate. You will need to be enthusiastic and willing to work hard.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading banking and finance teams.
