Are you an experienced solicitor looking for a new challenge? An international firm based in London, is looking for a senior associate to join their banking and finance team.
They are seeking an individual with five or mores years of PQE in banking and finance. You should have a good grounding in general banking, as well as having the ability to work on asset finance, structured finance and leveraged finance matters.
This is a great chance for you to work for a firm with an excellent culture. You will be part of a dynamic and highly respected team, working in a hybrid working environment.
You will have the opportunity to work on high value and complex transactions, giving you the chance to develop your skills and experience. You will be encouraged to develop your own specialism, as well as proactively sharing your knowledge and experience with other members of the team.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, commercially aware and has the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You should have excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills, as well as an excellent eye for detail.
