About the Role
As a Banking Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients involved in banking and finance disputes.
You will handle a diverse caseload, including matters related to breaches of finance agreements, confidentiality breaches, fraud, and statute violations.
Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to address regulatory concerns, investigations, and risk mitigation strategies.
This firm are renowned as one of the top claimant firms for cases concerning financial services companies and civil fraud and they consistently engage in both domestic institutional and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Our team members handle a diverse range of disputes, bringing extensive experience in:
Arbitration
