What You'll be Doing:Identifying the regulatory risks that the Branch faces;The design and implementation of the policies and procedures, systems and controls that constitute the Compliance Programs and their related activities designed to prevent unethical, or improper conduct;Monitoring the effectiveness of those systems and controls;The provision of training and guidance to management and employees;Other duties as assigned by the Head of Compliance.The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:A Bachelor degree or above, ideally of a legal or business related educational background;5 years’ experience in a compliance role within the financial industry is preferred;Experience in contract law will be beneficial;Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage;Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure;Excellent communication and inter-cultural skills.We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
