A stellar opening for a Banking lawyer to join this strong regional law firm who are seeking a driven Banking lawyer at the 1-4 PQE mark to join them in their Bristol office.
Our client is a heavyweight Top 100 UK firm and Chambers rated practice who are now seeking to strengthen its banking practice with an additional hire. You will be working closely with the partners to help grow and develop the practice. The team act for an interesting range of clients including being on the panel for some of the leading banks. You can expect to be involved in both borrower and lender transactions, guiding deals from inception to completion. From acquisition finance to real estate finance, you'll engage in a diverse range of stimulating projects including supporting the highly ranked corporate team as well as the Restructuring and Insolvency team with restructurings.
As a banking lawyer you'll be bolstering an already highly successful banking team as they go from strength to strength. You'll ideally have at least 1 year's banking law expertise most likely gained from a City or strong regional practice and are now looking to make your mark within an ambitious and exciting law firm.
