This role is all about delivering exceptional customer service by living the Society’s brand and helping their members.You will handle both straightforward and complex enquiries for your area of expertise savings, some of which will require great care and sensitivity.You will work *onsite* on the clients site within *Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle, NE27 0QJ.*You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.*This role will involved** Handle inbound telephone calls in a friendly, personal and decisive manner.* Support customers and intermediaries through the Society’s saving products switch(online and phone based).* Understanding customer needs quickly and efficiently, answering queries.* Support customers in the opening of new savings accounts through any of the Society’s channels including providing online support.* Experience of working in a customer service environment or good understanding of customer facing services.* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent (Inc.
