The team embodies the hallmarks of a top-tier global legal practice. They represent premier clients in headline-making cross-border transactions, maintaining the highest standards of excellence and fostering a culture of passion for clients. What this role involves:
Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting various banking transactions, including loan agreements, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.
Conduct due diligence, review legal documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing legal advice and guidance on banking matters.
Stay updated on developments in banking law and practice.
Draft and review legal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
Participate in negotiations with counterparties, lenders, and borrowers to finalise transaction terms and resolve any legal issues or disputes.
Handle administrative tasks related to banking transactions, such as file management, document organisation, and billing activities.
What we are looking for:
A bright, driven, and commercially astute Senior Associate with specialised expertise in mid-market Leveraged/Acquisition Finance.
Strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in business and commerce.
Experience in transactional and acquisition/leveraged finance, gained from international or leading UK firms, will be instrumental in driving the team.
