Are you a qualified lawyer with significant experience relating to regulatory matters within Banking, Lending and payments? Do you work for a law firm or financial institution? Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening as a Managing Associate – Financial Regulation based in Edinburgh, with hybrid working.
You will be a minimum of 4 Years PQE with a focus on various aspects of regulated lending and banking, the role will cover draft documentation for new products, marketing sign off, assisting with assessment of legislation, license applications and interpretation of legal requirements.
In order to qualify for this excellent opportunity, you will be a qualified lawyer (4+ years PQE) with a background in Retail Lending and Banking and have a good understanding of the regulatory framework within this area and a genuine interest, that gives you an enthusiasm to grow your knowledge, in a proactive manner.
