We have been instructed by a leading US firm on a newly created position for a PSL to support the London Finance practice.
Banking and Finance is an area of growth for the firm, and the Partners are keen to recruit a dedicated PSL to support the fee-earning team.
The team works on a range of leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as real estate and project finance matters. They are keen to hear from experienced lawyers with a specialism in any of these areas, as well as candidates with a more general finance skill-set.
Applications are sought from experienced finance associates or current PSLs from other City firms. If they are fee-earner, it is crucial that candidates have already undertaken PSL functions such as precedent management, business development and the design and delivery of training seminars.
