Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parking and more.
What you will be doing:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care tomen and womenwithlearning disabilities or mental health needs, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you'll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

A relevant nursing qualification
NMC registration
Previous experience in a similar setting
Strong team-working skills
A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
A good sense of humour

Location:Newark Road, North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, LN6 9SP
You will be working at Chesterfield House, a Learning Disability and Autism service which provides care and support to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs.
All services are specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an ordinary living setting. These allow for the development of daily living skills aimed at a move towards more independent living.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team at Chesterfield House to provide person centred and care planned outcome focused interventions to support recovery to better health and greater independence. We facilitate engagement in the community and the opportunity to develop new lifestyle choices to improve self-esteem and confidence.
