The Staff Bank and Agency Service was re-launched in August last year and is working to provide a complete temporary staffing solution for all of our wards and departments. You will need to be a registered nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC number. You will need to be a reliable, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual, You will need to possess excellent communication skills and be adaptable to changing situations.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be responsible for planning, organisation and delivery of care for patients and the supervision of junior staff within the team. The post holder will be expected to take charge of the ward as required. About usIf you are being interviewed you must accept an interview slot in the system to continue, even if you have arranged with the managerTo be eligible for Health and Care Worker visa sponsorship you will usually need to be paid at least 25,600 per yearWe provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham.
