When that is not possible, we work closely with our adult social care colleagues to plan best outcomes. We are looking for bank RGN who enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team. It is hard work but very rewarding - planning the patient pathway, enabling them to progress and supporting them through setbacks is what we do best.
