A rare opportunity has opened up to manage and lead the Recovery Team in South Gloucestershire,
based in Thornbury.
We are looking for a highly skilled and forward thinking Team Manager to join our innovative and transforming service. As part of this role you will be integral to the development and implementation of the Your Care, Your Plan, Your Conversation project in recovery community teams.
Recovery Teams are an integrated service with our colleagues in South Gloucestershire Council
providing both therapeutic interventions and support, guidance and advice for social interventions.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to support an experienced and fast-paced team in delivering a high quality service whilst exploring new and emerging ways of working with other partners and teams.
As our Team Manager you will be in a position to lead and influence our community of multi-professional clinicians in all clinical and operational duties.
You will work alongside our team of excellent Senior Practitioners to deliver robust management.
You should have substantial post registration experience of working with individuals with mental health needs, along with a sound understanding of the principles, ethos, assessment and interventions associated with a community mental health.
Additionally, you should have experience providing effective clinical and managerial supervision and leadership of others.
