Please see attached job description for more information about this role and working at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for an experienced registered nurse to take a Band 7 Senior Sister post in Tottenham Hale Kidney and Diabetic Centre a standalone satellite of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.The post holder will be expected to be a positive role model for our outpatient team of nurses, nursing assistants and administrative staff.The post holder must be confident, driven to undertake hands on clinical work and have evidence of continuing professional and personal development.Must have excellent communication and people management skills with a commitment to providing high standard of care. To demonstrate clinical expertise in practice for at least 60% of time in own clinical area and 40% supervision and development of all staff including student nurses and support workers, providing support, advice and training. oSubstantial post-registration experience in area of renal specialty. oPrevious experience of research and audit oRecent senior nursing experience in a renal/heamodialysis setting oCurrent / relevant experience in teaching, mentoring and staff development. oProven evidence of improving the patient experience
