We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Acute Frailty Therapy Team (AFTT).AFTT is an innovative team who specialise in working with the frail and elderly in the acute setting to facilitate safe and rapid discharges. We work in a fast-paced environment across a range of acute clinical areas and assess and treat a wide variety of patients with diverse presentations and complex needs and conditions.
