Please see attached job description for more information about this role and working at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.Main duties of the jobProvide a high standard of physiotherapy service to musculoskeletal in and out-patient paediatric patients at the Royal Free Hospital Hampstead.Provide specialist advice regarding the musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients referred to the service.Act as a source of expertise on the management of musculoskeletal conditions and to provide an advisory service to patients, other physiotherapists, other healthcare professionals and the primary healthcare team including GPs.Be responsible for the safe and correct use of physiotherapy equipment within the department.Ensure staff are competent to use physiotherapy equipment within the department.Supervise more junior and student physiotherapists as neededTo maintain associated records as an autonomous practitioner.Responsible for organising groupsTeaching and clinical supervision of student physiotherapistsContribute to in service training for the wider paediatric teamTo support the community and schools team and complex needs service as and when needed.About usThe Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK's biggest and most innovative trusts.
