The successful candidate will work closely with the Ward Manager and will be key in supporting the ward team to provide high quality, safe, effective and compassionate care for our patients. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work closely within a multi-disciplinary team to develop the service. You will be able to evidence excellence in clinical practice and demonstrate the ability to facilitate and manage change in the clinical environment.
