Location: Oxleas Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), Beckenham Beacon, Bromley, BR3 3QL

Position: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Band 6, £25.37per hour

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our dynamic team at the Beckenham Beacon in Bromley. In this role, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health care to adults in the community. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care and support recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions, including medication management and psycho education.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Support patients in crisis and manage risk effectively.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
Engage in continuous professional development and supervision.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
Previous experience in a community mental health setting is desirable.
Strong assessment and care planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
