Rates: £24- £35 per hour

Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently recruiting for a Community Nurse for contract work, with an opportunity based in Ashford . As a Band 6 Community General Nurse within the Primary Care Network (PCN) team, you will assume a leadership role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients within the community. Working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, you will oversee the delivery of comprehensive and personalized healthcare services, emphasizing preventive measures, health promotion, and patient-centered care.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 months with a potential to be extended.

You must be RIO trained and a car driver to be considered.
