Band 4 Locum Associate Practitioner - Histology - Suffolk

Associate Practitioner - Band 4 – Suffolk - 2 months initially

Hunter Gatherer AHP is looking for an Associate Practitioner to work in a busy Histology laboratory in Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their skills in a reputable NHS hospital in a potentially ongoing  locum contract.  This is a wonderful chance to live and work in a picturesque part of England.  Assitance with sourcing suitable accommodation can be provided for candidates relocating.

• Job Title: Band 4 Associate Practitioner 
• Location: Suffolk
• Duration: 2/3 months initially
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Start Date: ASAP 
• Rate of pay: £14 - 16.50 p/h DOE via an accredited umbrella company 

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

• Biomedical Science Degree
• The ideal candidate will have previous NHS Histology experience  
• Experience of sample handling and preparation, tissue embedding, microtomy, special stain techniques, stock control
