Join my client's dynamic team as we revolutionize consumer sales and renewals.Role PurposeAs part of my clients revised strategy, they are focused on accelerating residential growth through sales within large residential buildings and renewing contracts with existing customers. Seeking a dedicated sales advisor to contribute to both inbound sales and renewals, delivering exceptional service to existing and new consumers.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound sales and renewal queries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate and timely responses.Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, responding promptly on outbound calls.Meet quotas for outbound calls to drive renewals and upsells.Understand customer needs and provide relevant responses and product recommendations.Continuously seek out new sales and renewal techniques to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.Contribute to team discussions on objection handling and share best sales practices.Accurately capture customer data at the point of lead and sale to maintain high-quality customer data.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer propositions and communications.Qualifications and ExperienceDiploma or degree qualified in a relevant field.Proven experience in inbound sales, retention, or renewals within a consumer service business.Proficiency in Salesforce.Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.Beneficial Qualifications or ExperiencePrevious experience within a telecoms/broadband consumer environment.If you're passionate about sales, customer satisfaction, and making a difference in the telecommunications industry, my client would love to hear from you.
