Our values motivate us every day: we play to win, we're customer-obsessed and we work as one.\r\rIt's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we're on the hunt for a B2C Partnership Executive to join our NL Ecommerce Team.\r\rJob Purpose\r\rSupports the marketing, external relationships, operations and administration for the B2C Partnership Manager covering a varied range of trading and commercial activity across various marketing channels including New Look gift card (across various channels), third party cards\/vouchers i.e. Love2Shop and One4All, and Ways to Pay i.e. Klarna and PayPal.\r\rThis role is an important tactical support for the B2C partnerships manager who manages up to 20 various external partnerships. \r\rAccountabilities and Responsibilities\r\r\rGift Card and Third-Party Cards\rSupports with delivering the annual marketing plan across all gift card and third-party card channels.\rInvolved in external partner meetings agreeing actions and tactical plans to improve revenue and performance.\rAssists with the annual planning, creative, data ordering and production of all B2C gift cards.\rResponsible for delivering the weekly sales reporting and analysis of gift card and third-party card performance.\rDevelop ways to improve the weekly sales\/revenue reporting and analysis with inputs from internal and external stakeholders.\rSupports the delivery with Partnership manager the tactical in store, online, multi retail and mall gift card deliverables.\rCreate a plan to optimise gift card and third-party card redemption at checkout online and in store to drive incremental revenue for New Look\r\r\r\r\rWays to Pay\r\r\rInvolved in external partner meetings agreeing marketing and operational plans to improve revenue and performance.\rWorking with trade and CRM to ensure Klarna and PayPal is promoted giving customers choice.\rUnderstands the required compliance and T&C's with customer marketing communication when offering these payment options to customers responsibly\rWorking with external partners on marketing campaigns within their owned channels to drive traffic to newlook.com and stores.\rWorking with both in store and online channels to actively promote and optimise Klarna and PayPal buy now pay later.\r\r\r\r\rAdministration & Operations\r\r\rSupporting with all campaigns with studio briefs, agreeing creatives, and pre-evaluations\rSupporting with weekly trade reporting and feedback\rResponsible for SAP (Purchase Ledger system) - raising purchase orders, invoice receipting, keeping suppliers in check and delivering high compliance to business KPIs\rRaises all purchase orders on behalf of the channel ensuring suppliers receive these on time. Processing invoices for all suppliers and partners in a timely way. Feeding back to suppliers were adjustments or corrections need to be made\rCoordinates and administers the gift card B2C budgets ensuring spend is to plan to keep the partnership manager updated on a monthly\/period basis. To be involved in the monthly forecast process and assist in developing models and tools with finance to improve reporting\rAttending meetings and recording key actions and following up for the team with internal stakeholders and external business partners\rKeep marketing plans and calendars up to date and attend meetings on behalf of the partnership team when appropriate\rAny other add hoc requests and project work\r\r\rSkills and Education\r\rEssential Skills\r\r\rAbility to manage multiple task and projects with shifting priorities\rStrong communication skills - both written and verbal\rCreative with the ability to not only build customer campaigns but solve problems\rStrong organisational and operational skills\rStrong numerical and analytical skills\rAttention to detail\rProficient at Excel, Word and PowerPoint\r\r\rDesirable Skills\r\r\rPractical marketing experience\rFinance and commercial experience\rGift card or Ways to Pay experience\r\r\rKnowledge and Experience\r\r\rUnderstanding of fashion\/retail landscape\rWorked in a retail financial services business and understands the card payment space\rUnderstands gift card business either from a retail, supplier or B2B perspective\rEnthusiasm for retail marketing and a keen willingness to learn\r\r\rMinimum level of education or qualifications\r\r\rA-level or equivalent, (degree preferred)\r\r\rWhy New Look?\r\rThe amazing people, the fashion - there are so many reasons to love working at New Look.
