Job DescriptionThis 12 month fixed term contract role reports into the Head of Client Services and works closely with a current team of 3 account handlers in the day-to-day delivery of client work.The primary aims of this role are three-fold:-To identify and convert opportunities to grow current clients-To support the SLT in converting and onboarding net new logos-To train and coach the Client Services team to achieve their personal development goalsDay to day deliverables:Client experience / delivery of workOversight of the delivery of day-to-day work across a portfolio of B2B tech and telco clients, delivering exceptional client experienceDelivering profitable work to clients, and forecasting revenue and the resource needed to deliverDeveloping and delivering proposals to hit client / prospect briefs, often strategic in their natureEnsuring projects are well scoped and delivered within this scope to ensure profitability and operational efficiencyWorking closely with the SLT to develop new business / pitch proposals and supporting in the subsequent onboarding of new clientsAdding an extra layer of value when briefing, evaluating or presenting creative or strategic work to clientsMaintaining a deep understanding of our clients and their challengesEnsuring client happiness and nurturing senior client relationshipsPoint of client escalation (day-to-day), including the resolution of problemsEnsuring we are up to date with key trends in the B2B marketing world, as an agencyFinanceGrowing client revenue in-line with targets, seeking and converting opportunities to cross and up-sell on an ongoing basis through relationships, proactive idea generation and proactively managing a pipeline of workMaintaining and updating account plans and opportunity trackers for your clients, proactively ensuring your pipeline moves forwardEnsuring forecasting is regularly updated, month-end billing is completed accurately and general agency finances are kept up-to-dateReporting on financial progress / risks to Head of Client Services on a regular basisTeamInspiring, coaching and mentoring other account handlers to support them to achieve their personal development goals, demonstrating what ‘best in class’ looks likeKnowing when and how to manage up and down internallyRequirements for this role:-Strong B2B marketing experience, gained agency-side and within tech or telco at AD level-Strong commercial acumen, and the ability to combine this with strategic and creative marketing solutions-Demonstrable experience of growing client accounts and helping to land net new logos into an agency-A team player, with the ability to nurture and help others around you grow and learn from you-Understanding of the latest B2B trends and best practice within the industry-Being able to take a client brief / challenge and build a marketing plan to deliver against-Be comfortable in leading client calls and pitching decks to senior client stakeholdersPackage:oSalary £45-£55ko25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an agency closure between Christmas and New YearoA remote-first approach to hybrid working (currently 1 day a week in the office in Reading)oPrivate Health and Dental Insurance (currently BUPA)oAccess to mental health support via the Spill appoAccess to an Employee Access ProgrammeoOpportunity for ongoing learning and professional developmentAbout onebite:onebite is a leading Demand Generation Agency that specialises in launching, refining and amplifying technology brands to create long-term demand.We love to work with B2B technology and telecoms businesses across the UK and US, executing seamlessly across marketing strategy, PR, creative, content, and digital, pulling in the right specialists to build awareness in new or existing markets.We are a nimble, adaptable partner that continuously spots new opportunities and rapidly delivers on campaigns that position clients’ businesses for growth.
