Role Purpose
Your mission is to elevate our brand presence, bolster our reputation, and play a crucial role in achieving our strategic and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to devise comprehensive marketing plans that align with our growth strategy and target demographics.
Work in tandem with our teams to bring these marketing plans to fruition.
Develop and implement a robust content strategy that delivers thought-provoking, engaging content at the forefront of industry trends and challenges. This includes webinars, round-table discussions, dinners, events, awards, and written outputs such as leadership insights, thought leadership pieces, and downloadable guides.
Enhance our email marketing strategies and refine the automated communications delivered to users of The Work Crowd via our online platform.
Produce creative content for various media and social channels.
Ensure our websites are dynamic, regularly updated, and optimised to generate leads effectively.
Measure and track the ROI of our marketing initiatives to assess their impact.
Coordinate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Develop toolkits and downloadable resources as lead generation tools.
Collaborate with the broader team to craft compelling landing pages that support SEO efforts.
Requirements
A profound passion for storytelling via content and creative marketing.
An innovative thinker capable of devising marketing concepts that resonate with industry trends and our client base.
Proven experience in B2B communications or Marketing communications and content writing, ideally within rapidly growing SMEs.
Expertise in creating engaging events and content across a variety of channels.
Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, digital marketing, SEO, and communications.
A proven track record of significantly enhancing brand visibility.
Experience in managing events from start to finish.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to operate independently and excel in a fast-paced environment.
A confident, compelling personality who is comfortable in live event scenarios.
Experience in either agency or in-house roles.
