Although this is technically a sales role – we are not looking for “closers” “finishers” or any “bulls in china shops”!We are looking for people who have great communication and customer service skills, who can offer advice to advertisers and project manage campaigns. There are targets – but they are team targets – and they are achievable. We don’t promote outlandish OTE’s or offer a Ferrari after 6 months service.What we’re offering is the opportunity to lead on a brand-new media title, comprising of both a print magazine and website, which is being launched by a respected publisher with over 125 years experience.The new launch will be a fortnightly printed magazine that covers the Healthcare Management sector. The magazine’s coverage will include the Department of Health & Social Care, the 42 Integrated Care Boards, 215 NHS Trusts and 134 Departments of Public Health in local authorities and also the private sector.We are seeking a new member of the team to work alongside experienced colleagues to help ensure that this September’s launch is a success. You will work alongside a respected media team, and help ensure that this new title has a significant profile in its sector.Who we are.We are Spacehouse. We deliver.The role offers a great deal of autonomy as part of a wider & supportive team environment, strong products, a professional outlook, and we ensure we deliver for our clients.If you think this could be for you – we would like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTo lead, manage and drive the recruitment advertising business in the new Health Management titleBuild on existing business from other titles in the portfolioKey responsibility is to develop new business relationships across the above sectors to ensure the new magazine is at the forefront with key decision makers within HR and recruitment departmentsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship status with the client baseIdentify and support the growth of opportunities within the market and collaborate with colleagues to ensure client growth & retentionDevelop and deliver compelling client propositionsDeliver client satisfactionNegotiate advertising agreements with clientsProject management & delivery surpassing client expectationsAchieve monthly team revenue targetsKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceAt least 2 years relevant media sales experienceKnowledge of the health care market an advantageExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skillsGreat communicator – strong verbal and written skillsHighly professionalKnowledge of Social MediaIT LiterateTenacitySense of humour & a positive attitudeTeam Player – but works on own initiativeLots of confidence/optimism – (not arrogance!)PackageIdeally a 4 day working week however, we are flexible on working days / hours so talk to us about what would work for you16 days holiday PLUS up to 5 days over Christmas & New Year and all Bank HolidaysMobile phoneCompany laptopPension schemeGreat team environmentOngoing trainingHybrid workingPlease apply by emailing your CV and covering letter.
