Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced EASA Licensed Engineers to join their dynamic team in Hampshire
Responsibilities:
As a B1/B2 Licensed Engineer, you will undertake a diverse range of tasks including but not limited to:
Inspection and certification of maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, structural repairs, and functional tests on components and systems of airframe, structure, engines, and/or electrical systems/avionics components.
Timely completion of all assigned work to minimise aircraft downtime.
Troubleshooting and implementation of corrective actions.
Independent preparation, execution, follow-up, and documentation of all work in compliance with airworthiness and aviation law regulations.
Final testing and release of aircraft in accordance with regulatory standards and internal qualifications.
Maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and husbandry within assigned work areas.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company processes, and procedures.
Actively promoting a Just Culture and adherence to company Health & Safety policies.
Reporting all incidents and occurrences through the Company Safety Management System.
Highlighting technical issues, discrepancies, or other concerns to the maintenance management team.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Providing AOG support and willingness to travel abroad as required.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
A valid EASA B1 or B2 License.
Several years of practical experience, preferably on aircraft types within our fleet.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction.
Motivation, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
Eligibility for an airside pass.
A valid driving license.
