B&Q Worksop Business Analyst

Contribution towards maximising inbound stock availability from B&Q's 500+ domestic vendor base.Dealing with internal and external customers.Making and receiving calls and leading conference calls to seek Vendor / Supply Team issue resolution.Presenting accurate information to the B&Q Stock teams and Vendors that captures all of their data requirements.Assist in managing, developing and reporting delivery performance, writing Business Object reports and generating reports to provide a clear view of both current and historical performance measured against performance KPI's (service / OTIF performance).Problem solving and root cause identification and corrective action planning.Management of cost recovery compensation claims where performance below target and B&Q Stock teams approve action.Demonstrate high standards to achieve clear performance reporting against KPI's.Strive for 100% accuracy in all aspects.Hours of work may vary as is necessary to support the contract.Expectation is this role can operate from any location with internet access and Teams communication.
