Job Description
Azure Solutions Architect (Remote) - Up to £100,000 (D.O.E.)
Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join our clients fresh and new team. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to support our big data, AI, and analytics projects on cloud platforms. You will be responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, managing containerized applications, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system health and performance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our ongoing strategies and lead the growth of a new team.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions for big data, AI, and analytics projects on cloud platforms (Azure)
Leverage infrastructure as code tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
Expertise in the use of Azure
(Highly Desirable but not essential) Apply your knowledge of NLP models/modelling or AI to enhance processes and automation.
Work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, product managers and more to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and project success.
Contribute to the development of ongoing strategies for projects.
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments.
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients, on technical complexities and project progress.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technologies and methodologies.
Grow out a new team hiring and coaching.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect
Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for cloud environments with Azure
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or similar is highly desirable.
(Highly Desirable but not essential) Experience with NLP models/modelling or AI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
