Azure Modern Workplace Consultant & Migration Engineer - Surrey - Client-Facing - InTune, M365, AzureI'm working with a highly successful Communications company to recruit an Azure Modern Workplace and Migration Engineer to work on client facing projects.They are an award-winning provider of Cloud based communication solutions from fibre networks through to SD-WAN, Cyber Security and Unified Comms products. Regularly voted one of the Best Places to Work and with over 2,500 customers this will be a challenging and interesting role.The RoleYou will design and deliver infrastructure solutions for small to medium sized customers (typically 50-200 users). You will scope and deliver projects from end-to-end to migrate client's to an Azure Modern Workplace. Ideally you will have experience of taking a client through one complete migration project using Azure Cloud, InTune, M365 and SharePoint, moving them from on-prem to the Cloud.You will be designing and implementing infrastructure whilst building strong working relationships and attending regular reviews. Projects will include Office fit-outs, Server and Network migrations using Office365, SharePoint & Azure EnvironmentsTech StackTo be considered for interview you will have worked in an Infrastructure Engineer role previously, scoping, building and configuring Infrastructure projects not just supporting and maintaining these technologies:·Windows Server and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies - Intune, Autopilot, Office365, SharePoint, MDM etc.·Azure Cloud platforms defining customer migrations, configuration and maintenance.·On-premise Windows Server and Remote Desktop Services, Session Host, Connection Broker etc.·Networking - Configuring switches and firewalls, VPNs, DNS, TCP/IP etc.
* Proven experience in a customer facing role -great communication skills to work with audiences of varying technical knowledge.
* Proven skills in incident and problem management, change and configuration management.
