Role Description
An exciting opportunity to join the vibrant UM Investment team and play a leading client leadership role on the Honda, General Mills and Emirates account.As AV Director within the UM Investment team you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and all media deliverables.
You will work closely with the Managing Partner for Investment to deliver critical business whilst having autonomy to manage other accounts within the team. You will play a crucial role both in a leadership capacity whilst also ensuring outstanding day to day delivery across all the accounts you work on. You will have excellent people skills, be confident in leading a piece of business and will look to nurture and develop talent within your remit.
Key Responsibilities
Take an active role in the running of a portfolio of agency clients and the media deliverables for those clients, ensuring that commitments are delivered
Lead an account team at UM with responsibility for structure, resource and development
Ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed by your team, from finance to value pot allocation to sending approvals on time
Vendor commitment and deal management across all media channels
Desired Skills & Experience
You have a deep understanding of the media landscape in the UK, including digital
You have strong AV and audio planning skills and possess a current knowledge of industry trends
You have experience of and enjoy inspiring, coaching and guiding teams in the delivery of fantastic work and the transformation of the business
You have extensive media agency experience with AV
