An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Automotive Technical Support Specialist within our team due to an internal promotion. Reporting into the Technical Support Team Manager, this is a full time permanent position and will be in based in Milton Keynes.What you could be doing:Essentially providing our Group network (all 6 brands) with high quality technical
support/resolutions
via group approved contact systems and software (DISS/ODIS), remote diagnosis or dealer on site visits, all as a result of a technical enquiry.Taking ownership of information and guidance provided with a customer centric approach whilst meeting group global targets for quality and response.Proactively drive case resolution by either remote support or hands-on repair guidance/coaching collaborating with the Customer Service Centre, Technical Service Centre, brands, factories and National Learning Centre to ensure customer satisfaction / resolution.You’ll identify and influence process improvement to ensure our deals are suitably supported on determining the best options for our customers and ensuring the most efficient solution is driven through proactive measures and technology.Skills & experience you can bring to the role:Proven success in diagnosis on a range of vehicle systems with wide experience in all aspects of vehicle repairsIdeally a High Voltage Expert qualification but minimum requirement of Master Technician qualificationExcellent
computer/analytical
