Our client is a main car dealership who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused Sales Manager to come on board their ever growing team.Driving the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectivesControlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordinglyResponsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the departmentCustomer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the positionAs a Sales Manager you:Will have at least 2 years experience working as a Sales Manager in a similar position.Have a passion for success and achieving your objectivesBe an organised individual who can prioritise workload effectivelyHave Experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the departmentPosses excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic with excellent customer service skillsA very competitive salary package with an OTE circa £54K (Depending on Experience)Company Car (Subject to Checks)After 3 years service you will receive an extra 3 days Holiday.Company pension scheme To apply for this Sales Manager position, send an up to date CV to James at Jago Consultants.
