Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for automotive sales? We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our clients team in Evesham. If you have a proven track record in sales or customer service, along with automotive management experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage the dealership's inventory, ensuring a diverse selection of vehicles to meet customer demands.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and after-sales service.
- Monitor sales performance against budgets and targets, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving license.
