Are you a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for automotive sales? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Executive to join our Clients team in Evesham. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance on vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license.
