Sales Assistant - Stoke-On-Trent - £25,000 - £28,000

FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with an industry leading technology business in Stoke-On-Trent, to assist in hiring a sales assistant on a permanent basis.

The role will require Customer Service experience, particularly over the phone and online. The role requires an understanding of motor electronics, the ability to sell, upsell and track and trace abandoned orders on the website and understand how to use the inhouse systems. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding of stock and products
• Answering the telephone in a timely manner 
• Processing all telephone and online orders 
• Monitoring and dealing with abandoned check outs
• Speak to customers and upsell relevant products
• Invoicing and shipping labels
• Processing of e-commerce orders
• Interacting with the internal intranet
• Continued product knowledge and practical development
