Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Fridays 8.30am-4.30pm

We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our family run Automotive industry specialist recruitment company based in Rettendon Common, Chelmsford.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your core areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

• Focussing on the Automotive industry you will need to establish your own presence in the industry.


• Daily engagement with new clients, business development, forming outstanding relationships, and continually representing ACS as the most exciting and trusted Recruitment Consultancy in the industry.


• Cold calling and carefully crafted introductions to the heads of businesses within the relevant organisations to gain new business.


• Ongoing market research to identify interesting new businesses in the market.


• Using multiple job boards and our own CRM system effectively to search and actively try and fill the open vacancies.


• Continued development of candidate relationships and engaging with candidates to assess suitability and needs.


• Working closely with our Marketing Executive to create localised campaigns that drive success.


• Using LinkedIn to build a network of connections and following to gain further interest.

Your Background & Skill:

• Proven experience of business development within the Automotive Industry or Recruitment industry.


• Ability to form long lasting and trusted relationships.


• Natural sales ability with the hunger and drive to succeed on a daily basis.


• Excellent objection handling skills.


• Excellent IT skills and literacy.


• Own Transport essential based on our office location.
