Monday - Friday, weekly rotating shifts of 06:00 - 14:00 & 08:00 - 16:00 - flexibility required
As an Automotive Polisher, you'll be responsible for refining paint surfaces on automotive parts using machine-operated polishing equipment. This role demands a thorough grasp of sanding materials and polishing techniques. Additionally, your expertise should encompass:
Meticulously attending to details that influence product aesthetics.
Preparing surfaces and rectifying paint imperfections such as "paint inclusions" or "orange peel" through your deep understanding of paint properties.
Proficiency in utilising both machine-operated and manual polishing methods to meet specified requirements.
Following established processes while also suggesting improvements to enhance overall product quality.
Adherence to strict deadlines critical for maintaining productivity levels.
