One of the world’s largest automotive OEM's is currently recruiting for Senior / Project Engineers with a background in Infotainment, to help them develop unique and innovative automotive products. The role is based in Bedfordshire, on a contract basis.
You will implement, negotiate and coordinate specifications for Navigation and Audio systems and collaborate with related engineering sections and stakeholders, to ensure all system components meet design and regulation requirements.
Knowledge & Experience required for the Infotainment Engineer role:
• Ideally degree educated in a relevant subject matter
• Understand Electrical theory and the operation of electronic devices
• Knowledge of software and hardware development
• Understanding of electronic mass production techniques and processes
• Experience of automotive Navigation system development
• Knowledge of Software programming / Antenna technology would be an advantage
You will hold a valid driving license and have the capability to travel globally.
