Using powerful natural language AI, FoundIt! delivers clarity at scale about what shoppers are looking for and automatically optimises the browse, search and product experience for enterprise retailers such as M&S, YOOX Net-A-Porter, B&Q & Fenwick.The RoleWe are seeking an Automation Test Engineer to join our expanding team and take our testing regime to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our testing methodology across our tech stack (predominantly back-end).Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain and optimise automated tests across the tech stack to ensure stability & scalability.- Develop & Execute Test Plans using existing and new frameworks.- Create and maintain relevant test data.- Analyse data in SQL Server to identify potential issues & expansion of tests.- Manage tickets using Jira to track issues and communicate with stakeholders.- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve issues.- Ensure test automation design fits existing & new requirements and has high level of test coverage.functionality of our software.Personal Profile- A strong communicator, collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver amazing productexperiences for our partners and their users.- Ability to manage multiple projects and ever-changing priorities.- A self-starter who can hit the ground running.- Grit & determination to personally succeed & grow while challenging and innovating our ways of working.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.- At least 4 years of experience in software testing and automation using C#.- Strong experience in data analysis, including using automation tools.- Knowledge of SQL Server.- Experience with Jira & Confluence for
ticket/documentation
support.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience with CI/CD.- Familiarity with scripting languages eg. Python.The Package- Salary £40-60K per annum (depending on experience).- Remote & Physical Office (usually 1-2 days per week but not mandatory).- 25 days holiday, plus UK bank holidays, plus discretionary extra Christmas leave (3 days).
