Automation Engineer - Manufacturing & Engineering - Lancaster - £50,000 + PackageAbout the CompanyOur client a leading manufacturing and engineering firm are looking to recruit a self-driven Systems and Applications Engineer to join their team in Lancaster.Automation Engineer - The Rewards £50,000 + PackageDays based - Monday to FridayAutomation Engineer Requirements Minimum of three years work experience with Automation Systems, DCS, PLC/SCADA, SRSBe qualified to at least HNC/HND level in a relevant Engineering disciplineHave experience of Quality Control Systems (QCS), on-line measurement devices and paper machine MD & CD controls.Have experience of Hima Safety Instrumented SystemKnow about Functional Safety (TUV)Be qualified to a Bachelors degree in a relevant Engineering disciplineHave experience of identifying business opportunities at customers sitesHave experience of providing detailed project/service documentation in an accurate and timely mannerAbility to diagnose, repair and maintain electrical, mechanical and instrumentation systemsBe able to design/generate/modify DCS / SIS application software and hardware to fulfil customer requirementsAutomation Engineer Responsibilities Provide routine and on demand customer service including software development and documentation, maintenance/inspection of automation systemsAdhere to regulatory and Company health, safety and environmental policyRequired to positively influence the companys reputation by displaying a professional dedication toward customer service.About UsDetail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
