Vetro Social Care are actively seeking experienced Adults Learning Disability Support Workers to work within an award winning service located in the outskirts of Southport.The service is a bespoke specialist service for people who are aged from 16 to 25 with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

• Title: Young Adults Learning Disability Support Worker
• Location: Southport
• Job Type: Full time
• Shifts: Rota
• 9.45pm - 7.30am
• Pay: £23,000 per year
• Immediate starts available

The role:

What you'll be doing as a Young Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

You will provide care and support to residents with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of resident conditions, treating each person with idignity, compassion, and honesty. You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the support of a team of multi-professionals.

• A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with Learning disabilities
• Empathetic, caring and resilient nature
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
• The right to work in the UK
