If so you may want to become a QRS/Retail Auditor and join us on a zero hours basis, to cover Newcastle, Tyne and Wear area.ABOUT COMPANYIntertek SAI Global Assurance, part of Intertek, utilises its globally recognised brand to mitigate risks across organisations' processes, operations and supply chains. It provides Assurance services, including management systems certification and second party audits across a wide variety of end-markets. In addition to management systems certifications, SAI Global Assurance has a particularly strong position in the Food, Agriculture and QSR end-markets, as well as a good presence in environmental & sustainability audits.ABOUT YOURequired skills/experience:Experience of working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirableIdeally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced teamLevel 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageousLevel 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageousGood working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environmentMathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essentialFull UK Driving licence and own carABOUT THE ROLEAs a QRS/Retail Auditor you will be part of Intertek SAI Global business, and be travelling to clients' sites in Cheshire area to conduct the audit for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a zero-hours contract.As an Auditor, you will responsible for auditing some of the most well-known names on the UK highstreet against the appropriate food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards. This is animportant role in the fight to ensure food safety throughout the UK. In order to be successful in thisrole, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing position.Additionally, due to the nature of the role (which will be on a flexible contract), access to own transport is essential and the role will involve both weekend and evening work.Zero hours contract, flexible working hours.
