You will complete work on higher risk areas of the audit file as well as being responsible for coaching and project managing the on-site teamYou will be the primary on-site liaison for the key client contacts. You will engage with them on project management and ensure expectations and deliverables are effectively managedYou will be responsible for quality control of the team’s work by providing effective support and challenge as well as reviewing workYou will support the Audit Manager/Senior manager in engagement economics, including preparation of budgets and tracking against actualsManage your own time and that of others to meet deadlines and deliver an effective service to clientsOpportunity to be involved in strategic projects at office and firm wide levelContributions to business development activitiesPerson Specification:Ambition and determination to contribute more broadly, including business developmentConfident communicator, able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levelsLeadership & people skills to help develop junior members of the teamAccurate, methodical and organisedSelf-starter who can manage their own time to meet deadlinesPro-active with the ability to work on their own initiative to improve internal processesWell presented, dynamic and personableAbility to pro-actively research and improve technical knowledgeACA/ACCA qualified or equivalentAt least 3 years’ experience in audit practiceExcellent IT skills, including experience of using different accounting packages and Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookWant to join a growing team?
