Our client,a well established and highly regarded, independent CA Firm seeks to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their Audit team.This Firm has grown considerably in the last few years and looks to continue to build on this growth and success by recruiting a key individual ambitious to work towards

levels.Clients are mainly medium sized, from varying sectors and as such require good client liaison skills.Job DescriptionOversee audit engagements to ensure they are conducted professionally and in accordance with the firm's standardsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with team members to identify and manage risksConduct comprehensive reviews of audit work papers and financial statementsPrepare reports on audit findings and recommendationsProvide training and mentorship to junior audit staffParticipate in business development activities to help expand the firm's client baseStay updated on industry developments and changes in regulationsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Audit Senior Managerfor our client should have:A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, )Proven UK audit experience in an audit management role within a professional services firmExcellent knowledge of auditing principles and practicesStrong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop staffExceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and desire to assist Partners with some ongoing business developmentWhat's on OfferThe chance to work in a vibrant city centre locationCA Firm which can show it continues to grow and expandAn inclusive and supportive company cultureOpportunities for professional development and career progressionIf this role aligns with your career aspirations, we encourage you to apply.
